Sales Tax

No sales tax will be collected on sales shipped outside of OH. Those pieces sold within OH will be charged state sales tax of 7%.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards through PayPal. For payment by personal check or money order, items will be shipped when payment is received and processed.

Delivery

Available items will be shipped within 3 days of purchase.  Custom orders may take longer, depending upon the availability of gemstones and special silver parts.

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped USPS First Class.  Each package will be insured and will require a signature confirmation upon delivery.  Shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $250.00.

Other costs will be:  Up to $100.00…………$4.50

                           $100.01 - $250.00……$6.00

                           $250.01 – up………….FREE

PRODUCT INSPECTION

If you are not delighted with your Jewelfish creation, I will gladly refund the purchase price minus shipping.  All returns must be received within 14 days in original condition.
